Today we had our first class with the English-course. We sat there for three hours practicing the same grammar we learned in elementary school, when suddenly this crazy lady blasted in and told us that since we were so good in English, we should learn more difficult English. We were totally confused, and don't know what we'll learn tomorrow. The school is such a mess.
The day got better as one of the Gateway-students had birthday today. Some of her friends had arranged a tiny surprise-party in the tv-lounge. She was indeed very surprised, and very glad. Her friends had bought party-hats, balloons and the most amazing chocolate birthday-cake.
It was suck a sweet thing to do. As they definitely made her day, they made my day better as well.
