As for New York City, it is a place apart.

It's friday night in New York, and what do you do? Well, most of the other girls living here just wanted to take it slow and watch a movie. But I wanted to go out and experience something. After all, that is was this blog is suppose to be about. 

A few blocks away from the Markle lies this great mueseum called The Rubin Museum of Art. There they mainly display Tibethan art, but they also have some exhibits featuring other asian art. Each friday they make the first floor into a coctail lounge, so I decided to chech it out. I were only allowed, by some strange reason, to photograph in 1st and 2nd floor, so there aren't too many pictures. 

The art was both interesting and so pretty, and the cocktail lounge was filled with lots of interesting people. Unfortunately, I was not able to try one of the great cocktails there, which are famous for being delicious.

This is what's so great about New York - you just walk into a bar or museum, and this amazing new world reveals itself. There are just so many exciting and interesting places to go here.
